The goal of the Angel Tree is to raise $1000 or more as an adoption grant for each waiting child with Down syndrome listed
The minimum donation to receive an ornament is $35.  You can give more for your child by adding additional funds in the empty box.
Ornaments will be mailed about every other day, so you should expect your order within a week.

Thinking about him all the time.

I can not stop from thinking about Raffi, his picture comes into my mind all through the day. I wonder if he is being loved and taken care of? He may  be  but not by a mommy and a daddy and brothers and sisters. I pray that he finds his family soon,I pray that his grant grows. Sweet boy I pray that he would not spend another christmas with out a family.

Listen is God calling you?

Listen is God calling you to help Orphans?..... He calls us to  many different  positions to care for the orphans none is better then the other, all of the positions he calls us to are important, all of his children are worthy of love. Maybe he is calling you to  Russia, Ethiopia,Bulgaria or China.  Maybe it's the US saving a baby from being aborted giving their parents another option thru adoption, or becoming a foster parent. Or maybe  you  donate to other families in the process.Or  you can be called to be the voice of the voiceless orphans locked away. .Maybe you are  called to pray for the children or the families adopting.
Listen to your heart is God calling you? Will you listen?... Will you react?... Will you respond?... Your response could  very well be a matter of life and death!....

 

a distraction? no a reminder!

This week a new baby started in my childcare,he is tiny only 2  1/2 months old a little over 7 lbs.He was born with something extra just like Raffi. I thought that by having him to take care of all day I would sort of push Raffi out of my thoughts but nope it just makes me think of him more. Ian looks alot like Raffi's baby picture and it just makes me think of how Raffi was at his age and what he is like now.

Arddi has been on my heart for a couple months now too I may have to change this blog to love for Raffi and Arddi.
when I hold and love on and even feed and change Ian and Vahnya I just cant help thinking of the babies that don't get that same love it just breaks my heart.

Why can't I look at His picture with out my heart doing spins?
